Terms of Service

CertOnyx ("we," "us," "our") is operated by BEE FOR SERVICES, société à responsabilité limitée à associé unique (SARL AU), registered in Morocco under RC N° 127247 (Tribunal de première instance de Témara), ICE N° 002201222000070, and provides an online certification exam-preparation platform accessible at certonyx.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CertOnyx.

By creating an account or using CertOnyx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.

CertOnyx provides practice questions, spaced-repetition study tools, and timed mock exams for the following certifications: PMP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). CertOnyx is an independent study resource and does not administer official certification exams.

PMI®, PMP®, and PMBOK® are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Scrum.org marks are the property of their respective owner. CertOnyx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scrum.org.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address. Depending on the authentication method you use, your email address may be verified directly by CertOnyx or by a trusted identity provider such as Google.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• CertOnyx offers a free tier with limited daily access, and a paid subscription (monthly or annual) unlocking full access.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, applicable taxes (including EU VAT), and payment security.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Refund policy: CertOnyx offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support@certonyx.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 30-day window.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow account access beyond your own use.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell CertOnyx's question bank or content.
• Use automated tools to access the service outside normal use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls.

All questions, explanations, and content on CertOnyx are original works created or reviewed by CertOnyx and are protected by copyright. You may use this content for personal study purposes only.

CertOnyx is a study aid. We do not guarantee that use of CertOnyx will result in passing any certification exam. Practice question performance is not a predictor of official exam results.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertOnyx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CertOnyx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, including EU/French consumer protection law where applicable.
