Terms of Service

CertOnyx ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Jermouni Souhail, based in Morocco, and provides an online certification exam-preparation platform accessible at certonyx.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CertOnyx.

By creating an account or using CertOnyx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.

CertOnyx provides practice questions, spaced-repetition study tools, and timed mock exams for the following certifications: PMP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). CertOnyx is an independent study resource and does not administer official certification exams.

PMI®, PMP®, and PMBOK® are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Scrum.org marks are the property of their respective owner. CertOnyx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scrum.org.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address. Depending on the authentication method you use, your email address may be verified directly by CertOnyx or by a trusted identity provider such as Google.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

CertOnyx provides access to the CertOnyx platform, practice question bank, and other educational content described in these Terms. CertOnyx offers a free tier with limited access, a one-time 90-Day Pass, and recurring Monthly and Annual plans unlocking full access.

• Purchases made on certonyx.com are processed through Whop and its financial partners. For card-network rules and payment-settlement purposes only, Whop acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction and provides checkout and payment-processing services. Where enabled and supported, Whop may also calculate, collect, or remit applicable transaction taxes. CertOnyx remains the supplier of the CertOnyx service and content.
• The payment transaction may also be subject to Whop's applicable buyer and payment terms made available in connection with checkout, in addition to these Terms.
• CertOnyx does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
• The Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The 90-Day Pass is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew; access ends when the 90-day period expires.
• You may cancel a recurring plan (Monthly or Annual) at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then.

These CertOnyx Terms continue to govern your use of the CertOnyx platform, your account, and CertOnyx's content and services, regardless of who processes your payment. For help with your CertOnyx account, product access, or a refund request, contact support@certonyx.com. Whop and its financial partners may separately handle certain payment-, tax-, or dispute-related matters connected to your transaction, consistent with their role in processing the payment.

Refund policy: CertOnyx offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support@certonyx.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 30-day window, except where required by applicable law. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow account access beyond your own use.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell CertOnyx's question bank or content.
• Use automated tools to access the service outside normal use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls.

All questions, explanations, and content on CertOnyx are original works created or reviewed by CertOnyx and are protected by copyright. You may use this content for personal study purposes only.

CertOnyx is a study aid. We do not guarantee that use of CertOnyx will result in passing any certification exam. Practice question performance is not a predictor of official exam results.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertOnyx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CertOnyx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, including EU/French consumer protection law where applicable.
